olive taggiasche * Trenette of " gumbaiô "

The simplest preparation but of sure extremely saporita effect and, adapted for lunches to the last minute.

Time of preparation: 15-20 minuteren (time of baking of the paste)

Ingredients for 2 persons:
  • 150 gr of trenette
  • two spoons of patè of olives taggiasche
  • an oil spoon
  • two spoons of sgocciolate olives in pickling brine
  • two ciuffetti of fresh basil

Advised wine: Vermentino

Preparation
To cook the trenette, therefore mescolarle well with the oil, the olives in pickling brine and the patè of olives.
To serve sormontando every plate with a ciuffetto of basil.
